Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, usually within 24 hours of processing.
Q: My package says delivered but I don't have it. What do I do? A: First check with neighbors and building management. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours - we'll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Q: How long do fragrances last on skin? A: Longevity varies by concentration: EDT (4-6 hours), EDP (6-8 hours), Parfum/Extrait (8+ hours). Skin type and application method also affect duration.
Q: Why might a fragrance smell different on me than expected? A: Fragrances interact uniquely with each person's skin chemistry, natural oils, and pH levels, creating a personalized scent experience.
Q: How should I apply fragrance? A: Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) from 4-6 inches away. Start with 1-2 sprays - you can always add more.
Q: What's the difference between EDT, EDP, and Extrait? A: EDT (5-15% oils), EDP (15-20% oils), Extrait (20-40% oils) - higher concentration means longer lasting.
