1. Processing Time

1.1 Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Peak Season: 3-5 business days (holidays, sales periods)
  • Custom Orders: 3-7 business days

1.2 Business Days

Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.3 Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.2 Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
  • Applies to domestic orders only
  • Upgraded shipping methods still require additional payment

2.3 International Shipping

  • Canada: 7-14 business days - $12.95
  • International: 10-21 business days - $18.95
  • Additional customs fees may apply (customer responsibility)

3. Shipping Restrictions

3.1 Geographic Limitations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada
  • Any country but shipping will be responsible on the buyer.

3.2 Product Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations for alcohol-based fragrances:

  • Some international destinations may have restrictions
  • Ground shipping only for certain carriers
  • We comply with all hazmat shipping requirements

3.3 PO Boxes and APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping only
  • APO/FPO addresses welcome with standard shipping
  • Expedited services may not be available to these addresses

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
  • Track your order through our website or carrier's website
  • SMS tracking updates available upon request

4.2 Carrier Information

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (for expedited services)
  • FedEx (for priority services)

5. Delivery Information

5.1 Delivery Requirements

  • Signature may be required for orders over $100
  • Packages will be left at delivery address unless signature required
  • Delivery to building mailrooms or front desks accepted

5.2 Delivery Issues

Package Not Received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours if package shows delivered but not received
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • We will investigate with carrier and provide resolution

Delivery Delays:

  • Weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may affect delivery times
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
  • Contact us for updates on significantly delayed orders

6. Packaging Standards

6.1 Fragrance Protection

  • All decants packaged in bubble wrap or protective padding
  • Leak-proof packaging to prevent spills
  • Temperature-resistant materials when possible

6.2 Discretion

  • Packages shipped in plain, unmarked boxes
  • No external indication of fragrance contents
  • Professional labeling and presentation

6.3 Environmental Considerations

  • Recyclable packaging materials when possible
  • Minimal packaging to reduce waste
  • Reusable glass atomizers included

7. Address and Order Changes

7.1 Address Changes

  • Address changes accepted only before order ships
  • Contact us immediately if address correction needed
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for address changes

7.2 Order Modifications

  • Order changes accepted within 1 hour of placement
  • Contact customer service immediately for modifications
  • Some changes may not be possible after processing begins

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 Lost Packages

  • We will investigate lost packages with shipping carrier
  • Replacement or refund provided for confirmed lost packages
  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of shipment

8.2 Damaged Packages

  • Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damaged packaging and products
  • We will provide replacement or refund for damaged items

8.3 Insurance

  • Orders over $50 automatically include shipping insurance
  • Insurance covers loss or damage during transit
  • Customer cooperation required for insurance claims
