We absolutely guarantee that every fragrance decant you purchase from us is authentic perfume taken directly from the original manufacturer's bottle and carefully decanted by hand using proper techniques. However, we cannot guarantee that you will enjoy the fragrance - you may even hate it. Fragrance preference is deeply personal and subjective.

Return Policy: Unopened Items Only

We only accept returns of completely unopened items. This means:

  • The outer packaging or seal must remain completely intact
  • No exceptions for any circumstances once opened
  • We cannot accept returns if any part of the packaging has been tampered with
  • Remember: fragrance is highly personal, so we cannot provide refunds for opened products simply because you don't like the scent

How to Return Unopened Items

Within 5 Days of Delivery:

  1. Contact us at support@decantedclone.com withinΒ five days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Item must be completely unopened and in original condition
  4. We'll provide return instructions once approved

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged (broken bottle, leaking, etc.):

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged items immediately
  2. Email photos to support@decantedclone.com within five days of delivery
  3. Include your order number and details of which items were damaged
  4. We need photos and information within the 5-day window to process claims

Important Deadlines

  • All return requests: Must be initiated within 5 days of delivery

Refund Process
