No Returns Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

All fragrance decants sold by Decanted Clone are carefully hand-decanted from authentic bottles sourced directly from reputable Middle Eastern fragrance houses. Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot verify its condition, and therefore all sales are final.

Damaged Items

Packages can sometimes be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery)
  • Provide a detailed description
  • Include clear photo(s) of the damage as received

Replacements will only be provided when clear photographic evidence of damage is supplied.

Incorrect Orders

We strive for accuracy, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong fragrance:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include a description and photo of your complete order
  • Show the incorrect item received

Replacements require photographic proof of the full order and/or the incorrect product received.

Important Time Limits

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We cannot honor replacement requests made after this timeframe.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error or damage was our fault
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for any refund transactions to appear in your account

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

If you request cancellation after an order has already shipped:

  • You may refuse the package at delivery
  • It will be returned to us at no additional cost to you
  • You will be responsible for the initial shipping charges
  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened package, we will process your refund

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order was delivered to the correct address and postal code, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

We are not liable for packages reported as lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.

Please allow 1-2 days after a "delivered" scan, as packages are sometimes marked delivered while still in transit to your location.
