We guarantee that every fragrance decant that you buy from us is 100% authentic perfume taken directly from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand using proper techniques. Return Policy: Only accept returns of completely unopened Items to maintain product integrity and safety for all customers. This means:

  • The outer packaging/seal must remain intact
  • Anything opened or tampered with can not be returned

How to Return Unopened Items Within 7 Days of Delivery:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Item must be completely unopened and in its original packaging

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged (broken bottle, leaking, etc.):
